History.

The TK-3 tankette was a Polish light armoured vehicle developed in the early 1930s. Based on the British Carden Loyd tankette design, it was adapted by Poland to meet local military requirements. Manufactured between 1931 and 1933, it featured a two-man crew and a single machine gun as its primary armament. The TK-3 was relatively inexpensive and easy to produce, making it a key component of Poland’s interwar armoured forces. Despite its small size and light armour, it served various roles, including reconnaissance and infantry support. However, by the late 1930s, the TK-3 was considered obsolete due to its vulnerability to modern anti-tank weapons, and it was gradually replaced by the improved TKS model before World War II.
