  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
